Inhouse courses are always available at Berkhamsted, ensuring you get the very best from your Intact Software installation.

We have several modern light and airy training rooms with large wall screens, individual laptops and professional tutors. Our experienced tutors specialise in ensuring that all students leave our courses confident, happy and equipped with formal reference notes and equally importantly, with the ability to help run ' your company ' more efficiently.

We recommend teaching up to 4 people from one company to include lunch, refreshments and with an opportunity to meet the Support Team who look after you . We believe the key to a successful computer system is entirely down to knowledge and confidence. We never stop writing new features and modules - allow us to teach you to use these dynamic tools.

Stocktaking - Learn how to do a proper stock take and maintain it throughout the year.
Know what products are not selling - move it - realise cash.

On Site Training

Project Managers may be booked for a day on site to watch and advise
better methods, time saving and more secure routines.

New staff may be trained on specific functions incorporating latest features and at the same time include existing staff for a feature update & question and answer session. We strongly recommend that after running your system for 3 months you would enjoy our After Go Live Refresher Day.

There are 12 full time programmers writing new Intact Software - this is the best distribution software on the market - stay up to date - stay ahead of your competition.

Hardware

We supply top quality products to include delivery, installation, set up, transfer of existing data from old PCs.

A full range of products is always available from our large (2,500 square feet) Systems Engineering department. We don't waste your time assembling product on your site - we build and test prior to delivery to you. We have everything you need at the end of the phone - call for a quote, return the signed quote and take delivery of the best available products most often on the same day. We will only supply products which have been fully tested with Intact Software.

Readily available products include
Servers, PCs, laser printers, screens, PDA, Scanners, Slip printers, Signature Capture Pads, Uninterruptible Power Suppliers, Surge cables, Zebra label printers Routers and Cash Drawers as well as many other items.
