Currently supporting a considerable number of our customers the engineering department works closely with the support, training and programming teams.

This ensures that our customers do not suffer from the perennial computer user’s problem whereby the reason for a fault is blamed by software people on the system hardware and by engineers on the software or the software set-up.

Because of this our engineering customers do not find themselves helplessly stranded between separate companies or individuals.

However if our customers wish to stay with their existing hardware suppliers and/ or maintenance companies, the Ramtac engineering department will always co-operate as much as is necessary and will offer guidance and advice to ensure a successful initial installation and subsequent system growth.
