The Ramtac Group is one of the leading suppliers of Intact Software and computer systems to Distributors, Wholesalers and Merchants in the UK. Our management team has unrivalled experience in software development, enhancement and customer support and we have enjoyed dramatic but controlled growth over the last 8 years.

Intact Software

Intact Software is fully Windows based. It has been developed with careful attention to ease of use and wherever possible for one entry to be used to complete all relevant documents and postings.

To ensure that true business comparisons are available for company management, Intact Software uses the immense power and capability of modern low cost servers and retains all historic information.

It also stores supplier catalogues, on screen product images and related notes and drawings.
It is always high speed.

A development plan is constantly in place to enable customer requested modifications and to ensure the software remains state of the art and both uses and interfaces to industry available techniques and products to optimise labour saving, margin control and company competitive advantages.

We employ a large team of full time programmers who develop only one version of the software and frequent updates are available to all customers.

The basic modules include:

Sales Quotations, Order Processing – back office and trade counter, Picking Notes, Delivery Notes, Cash slips, Invoicing, Sales Purchase and Nominal Ledgers, Purchase Order Processing both back to back and for stock, Goods received notes and purchase invoice matching, Comprehensive Pricing, Stock Management, Task Manager, Data drill, Some 260 standard system reports, Customer level report writer, Customer level form designer, Screen and printable product images, Document storing by product.

To customise the software there are some 600 on/off configuration switches and individual configuration settings
