Software for Equestrian Equipment Wholesalers from Ramtac. 

Our customers  typically range from 4 to 40 users, although some are much larger. They can be single or multi location. They buy and sell on through one or more of: -
• Trade counter and showroom sales with optional   bar coding
• Reactive and proactive telephone sales by   internal sales personnel
• E-mails
• External reps/ agents
• E-Commerce
• E-Bay

They use the Intact system to process account orders, cash accounts and normal cash sales and all enquiries at high speed and expect to achieve through the system: -
• First class customer service
• Management’s knowledge and control
• Optimised Margins through comprehensive   pricing
• Reduction in keying over old systems
• Instant access to all relevant customer and   product information.


There will be no rekeying from the initial entry - Intact will automatically produce:
• Collection and delivery notes
• Invoices
• Sales and nominal ledger postings
• Management accounts and very powerful   reporting
• Back-to-back purchase orders

All customers use the ‘Specials’ facility.

 

Intact customers have access to the Customer Relationship Manager at point of sale and in other areas of the system. This incorporates the  Task Manager and Credit Control modules to ensure both customer care and sales ledger management. All customers find the multi-currency, fully integrated accounts logical, simple and easy to follow. Stock can be managed in both multiple bins and locations and valued by FIFO, Average, Standard or Last cost methods with system suggested levels for optimised purchasing for stock.
